Our family fished Yale Reservoir over the "free fishing" weekend, June 10 and 11. Fishing was good to excellent. Sunday A.M. six fisherpersons in three boats caught a total of 78 kokes and lost many more. It was wet and windy. We didn't get out until 9:30 and the last diehard pair to come in at 1:00 P.M. had their limits (16 fish apiece.) We were using wedding bands and white corn, Ford fenders, and three ounces of weight. We fished across from the Yale Park boat launch and north toward Beaver Bay campground.

Merwin
Fished merwin 5/24/00. we caught 10 kokes which is the limit at merwin. 5 fish per person limit. i used 3 ounces with a ford fender. also of course tipped with white corn. 5 nice ones and 5 small ones. had to work for them fished all over the lake.
